Job summary

Majestic Wine Group in Cambridge is seeking a dynamic Sales Assistant to support the store team, drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service. The role requires evenings and weekends work, plus a UK manual driving licence for delivery and store tasks.

You will help with stock deliveries, merchandising, and customer follow-ups while developing product knowledge and retail skills. A 21-hour week with a salary of £13,879.32 supports growth within a leading wine specialist.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer experience and service to every customer.
• Strong time-management, delegation and problem-solving skills.
• WSET Level 2 wine qualification or willingness to achieve it.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by maximising sales opportunities.
