Majestic Wine Group is seeking a dynamic Sales Assistant in Milton Keynes to support the store team, drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will be the store ambassador, handle wine knowledge, engage with customers, and contribute to daily operations in a high-volume retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by maximising sales opportunities and supporting targets.
• Deliver market-leading customer service to drive growth through loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Provide VIP concierge service, contacting customers with product updates and tastings.
• Sell the story, not just discounts, with in-depth product knowledge.
• Develop wine knowledge and pursue WSET qualification.
• Maintain store appearance and manage day-to-day operations and stock deliveries.
• Suggest improvements for efficient store operations and feed ideas to the team.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and training.
