Job summary

Majestic Wine in Rugby is seeking a dynamic Sales Assistant to support store performance and day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and a premium shopping experience. The role requires evenings and weekend availability, a full UK driving licence, and a passion for wine.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by maximising sales opportunities and supporting the team to meet targets.
• Deliver market-leading customer service to drive growth through loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Act as an ambassador for the store, providing VIP service and updating customers on products and tastings.
• Share passion for wine and product knowledge to support sales.
• Maintain/store appearance and take accountability for store cleanliness and maintenance.
• Handle day-to-day operational tasks including deliveries, merchandising and stock deliveries.
• Identify opportunities to improve store operations and feed ideas back to the team.
