Majestic Wine in Milton Keynes is seeking a dynamic Sales Assistant to support store performance, deliver excellent customer service and drive KPI targets.

You will help with day-to-day operations, stock deliveries, merchandising and customer outreach, while developing product knowledge and helping to grow wine sales. A full UK manual licence is essential and the role requires evenings and weekends.

Formación

• Excellent time-management, delegation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer experience and service to every customer.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Can-do attitude with passion for solving problems.
• Adaptable and resilient to changing business demands.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Wine knowledge helpful; willingness to learn Level 2 WSET qualifications.
• Full UK manual driving licence held ≥12 months with ≤6 penalty points.

Responsabilidades

• Drive store performance by maximizing sales opportunities and supporting the team to meet/exceed targets.
• Deliver market-leading customer service to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Act as a VIP concierge, contacting customers with product updates and tastings.
• Sell the story, sharing passion and in-depth knowledge of the range.
• Own wine knowledge and work towards WSET Level 2 confidence in selling.
• Maintain the store’s appearance and upkeep both inside and outside.
• Handle day-to-day operations: stock deliveries, merchandising, and customer outreach.
• Identify opportunities to improve store operations and communicate ideas to the team.
