Job summary

Majestic Wine Bangor is seeking a Sales Assistant to support the store team, drive sales and manage day-to-day operations while delivering excellent customer service. You will engage with customers, help with stock and store presentation, and contribute to a high-quality shopping experience.

Applicants must be able to work evenings and weekends, hold a full UK manual driving licence (12 months+), and be eager to grow with the business through training and potential progression.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by maximising sales opportunities and KPI delivery.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to foster loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Provide VIP concierge service and keep customers updated on products and tastings.
• Know the product range well and support WSET qualification development.
• Maintain store appearance and manage day-to-day operations including stock deliveries and customer calls.
• Identify opportunities to improve store operations and safety compliance.
