Majestic Wine Poole is seeking a dynamic Sales Assistant to support the store team, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service. The role requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and involves driving company vans with a valid UK manual licence.

You will help maintain the store’s appearance and assist with day-to-day operations. Ideal candidates have strong communication, problem-solving, and a passion for wine; WSET Level 2 knowledge is a plus and full training

Qualifikationen

• Excellent time-management, delegation and problem-solving skills.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience to every customer.
• Full UK manual driving licence held for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Wine knowledge is beneficial; willingness to learn Level 2 WSET.
• Available evenings and weekends.

• Drive store performance by maximising sales opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and experiences to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Be an ambassador for the store and maintain appearance both internally and externally.
• Support day-to-day operations including stock deliveries and customer deliveries.
