Majestic Wine Muswell Hill is seeking a dynamic Sales Assistant to support the store team and drive sales while delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will help with day-to-day running, stock delivery, merchandising and proactive customer outreach to grow loyalty and basket size.

Key duties include acting as a store ambassador, maintaining store standards and participating in training to progress within Majestic. The role requires a driving licence and flexibility for evenings/weekends.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent time-management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Self-motivated and able to work alone or in a team.
• Can-do attitude with passion for solutions.
• Adaptable and resilient to changing demands.
• Excellent communication and time management.
• Wine knowledge is beneficial; willing to learn Level 2 WSET.
• Hold a full UK manual driving licence for at least 12 months with max 6 penalty points.

• Drive store performance by maximising sales opportunities and KPI delivery.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Offer VIP concierge service with product updates and tastings.
• Sell the story not the discount with in-depth product knowledge.
• Develop wine knowledge to support WSET Level 2.
• Maintain store appearance and upkeep.
• Handle day-to-day operational tasks including deliveries, merchandising and customer calls.
• Identify opportunities to improve store operations and share ideas.
• Follow policies and complete mandatory training to stay compliant.
• Support Store Manager and mentor juniors.
• As a key holder, manage opening/closing compliance.
