Majestic Wines Warehouse Limited in Central London is recruiting a Trainee Manager on a 12-month development programme designed to give you hands-on experience across operations, service and leadership to become a future Majestic Store Manager.

You will drive store performance, deliver market-leading customer service, deepen wine knowledge, support stock deliveries and merchandising, and participate in our training schemes.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, target-driven retail or hospitality environments.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer experience and service.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Wine knowledge is beneficial; willingness to learn Level 2 & 3 WSET.
• Hold a full UK manual driving licence for at least 12 months with up to 6 penalty points.

Responsabilités

• Drive store performance by maximizing sales opportunities and KPI focus.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Offer a VIP concierge service with product updates and tastings.
• Share passion for our range and manage tasting events count and sales.
• Continuously develop product knowledge to support WSET qualifications.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness, both internally and externally.
• Support day-to-day operations including deliveries and stock management.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and compliance.
