Majestic Wine Milton Keynes is seeking a dynamic Trainee Manager to embark on a 12-month development programme, gaining detailed exposure to operations, service standards and leadership pathways to prepare for a future Store Manager role.

In this role you will drive store performance, deliver market-leading customer service, manage tasting events, grow sales, and learn how to run every day tasks from stock to scheduling, with full training and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven retail or hospitality environment.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer experience and service.
• Strategic problem solving under pressure with a can-do attitude.
• Self-motivated and able to work alone or in a team.
• Willingness to learn and pursue WSET qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by maximising sales opportunities and KPI focus.
• Deliver market-leading customer service to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Offer VIP concierge service with proactive product updates and tastings.
• Share passion for product through knowledge of our range and events.
• Maintain store appearance and handle day-to-day operations and stock deliveries.
