Majestic Wine Nottingham is seeking a dynamic candidate for a 12-month Trainee Manager development programme, designed to build experience across operations, service and leadership to become a future Store Manager. You will support the store team to deliver an outstanding customer experience and develop your wine knowledge through WSET qualifications.

You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, manage daily tasks, and travel as needed to support surrounding stores.

Formación

• Experience in fast-paced, target-driven retail or hospitality environments.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Strong problem-solving in high-pressure settings.
• Self-motivated, capable of working alone or in a team.
• Can-do attitude with persistence to see issues through.

Responsabilidades

• Drive store performance by maximising sales opportunities and improving KPI performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to drive growth and loyalty.
• Offer VIP concierge service and proactively contact customers with updates and tastings.
• Share product knowledge through tasting events and a strong product story.
• Progress wine knowledge to support WSET qualifications and sales confidence.
• Maintain store appearance and manage day-to-day operations including stock deliveries and customer outreach.
• Identify improvements to optimise store operations and ensure safety and compliance.
