A leading education and care provider in Brighouse is seeking a Clinical Psychologist to provide therapeutic support and service development for children and families. Applicants should have a doctoral qualification in Clinical Psychology, HCPC registration, and experience in psychological practice. The role involves delivering assessments, leading teams, and collaborating with multidisciplinary staff to ensure high-quality care. Salary: NJC Scale 43 – 50 (Based on 35 hours per week, 39 week term-time and 3 weeks holiday cover (105 hours) Actual - £47,453.49 - £54,542.57) Total: 48 weeks per year FTE £54,495.00 - £62,636.00

This role combines direct therapeutic work, strategic service development, and professional supervision and training. You will work closely with the Head of Therapeutic Practice and Health to lead psychologically informed care across the Foundation and to develop a high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic service.
You will provide assessment, formulation and intervention for complex presentations, while supporting and developing a multidisciplinary workforce through supervision, reflective practice and training.
