Volkswagen Financial Services UK is seeking a Wholesale Operations Specialist to learn and apply knowledge across approximately 80 manual and automated processes. You will support dealers and stakeholders with excellent service while handling funding, inquiries, and compliance-aligned credit facilities.

The role requires strong Excel/SAP skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple products and processes under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience using Excel and SAP to process dealer funding tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities demonstrated across processes.
• Organised individual who can work under pressure with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks within agreed SLAs and train on up to 80 processes.
• Collaborate across the team to finish tasks and resolve complex queries.
• Support dealer funding processing and maintenance in relevant systems.
• Answer dealer/brand/stakeholder inquiries by phone or e-mail.
• Manage credit facilities lifecycle in line with OMEB regulations.
