Job summary

Volkswagen Group UK is seeking a Wholesale Operations Specialist to learn and apply knowledge across approximately 80 manual and automated processes. You will support Dealers and Stakeholders with excellent service while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You'll use Excel and SAP daily, analyzing data to resolve queries, processing dealer funding, and maintaining credit facilities in line with compliance.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel and SAP with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work across multiple products, processes, and systems.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills to resolve complex queries.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks within agreed SLAs and undertake training on up to 80 processes.
• Collaborate across the team to finish daily tasks and support on outstanding or complex queries.
• Support problem resolution and build knowledge across systems to resolve customer queries.
• Manage daily processing and maintenance of dealer funding within related systems.
• Respond to dealer/brand/stakeholder inquiries by phone or e-mail.
• Process used vehicle funding files: validate, format and upload funding requests.
• Manage lifecycle of approved credit facilities in line with OMEB regulations to enable liquidity and stock movement across VWG network.
