The successful candidate will train on up to 80 processes, manage daily tasks to SLA, and work across several products and processes to resolve complex queries.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks within agreed SLAs.
• Process dealer funding and maintain associated systems.
• Respond to dealer/brand/stakeholder inquiries by phone or e-mail.
• Manage the lifecycle of approved credit facilities per regulations to enable liquidity and vehicle stock movement.
• Train on and apply up to 80 business processes and collaborate to resolve tasks.
