Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Wholesale Operations Specialist to learn and apply knowledge across about 80 manual and automated processes in a fast-paced environment. You will support Dealers and Stakeholders, answer queries by phone or email, and process funding files while ensuring compliance with OMEB regulations.

The role requires strong Excel and SAP skills, a delivery mindset, and the ability to work across multiple products and teams under pressure to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven problem-solving skills across multiple products, processes and systems.
• Strong Excel and SAP knowledge essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality focus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply knowledge of up to 80 processes and systems.
• Support Dealers and Stakeholders with timely responses and guidance.
• Process daily tasks within SLA and assist with complex queries.
• Handle dealer funding processing and ensure correct funding product uploads.
• Manage lifecycle of approved credit facilities in line with OMEB regulations and liquidity needs.
