VWFS UK is seeking a Wholesale Operations Specialist to learn and apply knowledge of approximately 80 processes across the business, delivering high‑quality support to Dealers and Stakeholders. The role requires strong Excel/SAP skills, problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail to resolve queries and keep SLAs.

You will manage daily tasks, process dealer funding, handle inquiries by phone or email, and support credit facility lifecycles to enable liquidity and vehicle stock movement

Qualifikationen

• Good problem-solving skills to work across multiple products, processes, systems and stakeholders.
• Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality.
• Ability to work independently across multiple products, processes and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills to define and investigate complex issues.

Aufgaben

• Complete daily tasks within agreed Service Level Agreements.
• Undertake training on up to 80 business processes.
• Work with the team to ensure tasks are completed and assist with complex queries.
• Support resolution of problems and analyze data across systems.
• Manage daily processing and maintenance of dealer funding within systems.
• Respond to dealer/brand/stakeholder enquiries by phone or e-mail.
• Process used vehicle funding files and upload funding requests.
• Manage lifecycle of approved credit facilities under regulations to enable liquidity and vehicle stock movement.
