Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Wholesale Operations Specialist to learn and apply knowledge of around 80 manual processes and several automated systems across the business area. This fast-paced, supportive role involves providing excellent service to Dealers and Stakeholders while handling a varied workload across products and processes.

Qualifications

Proven ability to manage ~80 business processes and multiple systems.
Strong Excel & SAP experience with strong attention to detail.
Excellent service mindset for internal and external customers.
Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Complete daily tasks within the agreed SLAs.
Undertake training on up to 80 processes.
Collaborate across the team to ensure daily tasks are completed.
Process dealer funding and validate against funding criteria.
Respond to dealer/brand/stakeholder queries by phone or email.
Manage the lifecycle of approved credit facilities in line with OMEB regulations.
