Clarks is seeking a Customer Operations Coordinator in Street, Somerset, offering hybrid working. You will support major wholesale customers by managing orders, coordinating deliveries and ensuring on-time, accurate fulfillment.

The role requires excellent organisation, strong communication with stakeholders, and proficiency in Excel. You will report to the Wholesale Operations team and contribute to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer orders from booking through to dispatch.
• Collaborating with Distribution Centre and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicating with wholesale customers regarding orders, deliveries and issues.
• Producing and maintaining reports using Excel.
• Monitoring and resolving order, stock and delivery issues.
• Supporting forecasting and day-to-day operational activities.
• Building strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Assisting with continuous improvement and supporting the wider operations team.
