Job summary

Clarks is seeking a highly organised Customer Operations Coordinator to join our Wholesale Operations team in Street, Somerset. You will manage wholesale orders, coordinate deliveries and maintain accurate information to ensure on-time, in-full fulfillment.

You’ll work with Distribution Centre and internal teams, communicating with wholesale customers and supporting forecasting and day-to-day operations. A proactive, detail-oriented approach and strong Excel skills are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders from booking through to dispatch.
• Work closely with our Distribution Centre and internal teams to ensure orders are delivered on time.
• Communicate with wholesale customers regarding orders, deliveries and any operational issues.
• Produce and maintain reports using Excel.
• Monitor and resolve order, stock and delivery issues.
• Support forecasting and day-to-day operational activities.
• Build strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with continuous improvement and supporting the wider operations team.

At Clarks, we're looking for a highly organised, proactive Customer Operations Coordinator to join our Wholesale Operations team in Street, Somerset. The Customer Operations Coordinator will play a key role in supporting major wholesale customers, managing orders, coordinating deliveries, maintaining accurate information and helping ensure products reach customers on time and in full. What the Customer Operations Coordinator will do:

• Coordinating customer orders from booking through to dispatch.
• Working closely with our Distribution Centre and internal teams to ensure orders are delivered on time.
• Communicating with wholesale customers regarding orders, deliveries and any operational issues.
• Producing and maintaining reports using Excel.
• Monitoring and resolving order, stock and delivery issues.
• Supporting forecasting and day-to-day operational activities.
• Building strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Assisting with continuous improvement and supporting the wider operations team.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with a variety of stakeholders.

• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
• You may already be working in customer operations, sales support, customer service, logistics, supply chain, administration or a similar operational role.
• Experience in order management or customer operations.
• Experience working with wholesale or retail customers.
• SAP or ERP system experience.
• Experience supporting deliveries, dispatches or supply chain processes.
