Job summary

Clarks is seeking a Customer Operations Coordinator to join our Wholesale Operations team in Street, Somerset. This hybrid role focuses on managing orders, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining accurate information to ensure on-time fulfilment for major wholesale customers.

You will work with Distribution Centre and internal teams, produce reports in Excel, resolve order and delivery issues, and support forecasting and daily operational activities in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer orders from booking through to dispatch.
• Coordinating deliveries with the Distribution Centre and internal teams.
• Communicating with wholesale customers regarding orders and issues.
• Producing and maintaining Excel reports.
• Monitoring and resolving order, stock and delivery issues.
• Supporting forecasting and day-to-day operational activities.
• Building relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Assisting with continuous improvement and wider operations.
