Job summary

Clarks is seeking a Customer Operations Coordinator to join the Wholesale Operations team in a hybrid role based in Street, Somerset. You will manage orders, coordinate deliveries, and liaise with internal teams to ensure on-time, complete shipments.

The role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and experience with Excel; familiarity with SAP/ERP is a plus. This is a full-time, permanent position with hybrid working options.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from booking through dispatch.
• Coordinate with Distribution Centre and internal teams to meet deadlines.
• Communicate with wholesale customers about orders, deliveries, and issues.
• Produce and maintain reports using Excel.
• Monitor and resolve order, stock and delivery issues.
• Support forecasting and day-to-day operations.
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Assist with continuous improvement and wider operations support.
