MacGregor Black is proud to partner with a leading consumer goods brand on the search for a Wholesale Operations Assistant, based on-site in Hammersmith, London.

As Wholesale Operations Assistant, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of the wholesale team — ensuring orders are processed accurately, stock flows efficiently, and retail partners receive best-in-class service. Working across internal teams and external stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in supporting the brand’s continued growth with major high street and e-commerce retailers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end wholesale order processing and account administration
• Coordinate with 3PL partners and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Maintain clean data across ERP systems, pricing lists, product codes, and availability
• Support sales with key account insights, line sheets, and order tracking
• Handle customer service queries and operational troubleshooting
• Prepare regular operational reports and contribute to seasonal launch readiness

What We’re Looking For:

• A highly organised, proactive team player
• 1–2 years’ experience in wholesale, operations, logistics or a commercial admin role (FMCG or consumer goods preferred)
• Confident with Excel and ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or equivalent)
• A clear communicator who thrives under pressure and enjoys solving problems
• Passion for process and precision, with a hands-on approach to getting things done
• Must be based in or near London and happy to work full-time on-site in Hammersmith
