HR & Operations Associate | Fast-Growing HealthTech Start-Up | Central London

Are you a proactive, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Join a cutting-edge HealthTech company on a mission to transform patient care using AI-driven clinical insights. Based in Central London and backed by 7 years of solid growth, this expanding startup is tackling hard-to-diagnose conditions by helping healthcare providers find and treat more of the patients who need it most.

The Role
Reporting directly to the US-based Founder (that means some flexible hours but it’s give and take), you'll be the operational backbone of the London office — mostly HR wizard, part PA, part operations and culture champion. This is your chance to make a real impact.

Your day-to-day might include:

  • Shaping and managing the candidate pipeline with creativity and strategy
  • Coordinating interviews, onboarding, and benefits communication
  • Designing standout job ads and sourcing top-tier talent
  • Planning team events, booking travel, and keeping the office running smoothly
  • Proofreading marketing materials and helping with exciting event logistics
