Role Overview:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day functions of our operations team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in assisting with technical documentation, quotations, supplier coordination, and overall operational support to ensure efficient project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and creation of detailed cost estimates and client quotations based on project scope and specifications.

·Technical Drawing Support:

Design and update floor plans, system layouts, and zone charts in line with project and regulatory requirements.

Respond to client queries in a professional and timely manner, ensuring accurate information is provided and expectations are managed.

Source and order materials and equipment from approved suppliers, maintaining accurate records and delivery tracking.

·Operational Support:

Provide general administrative and technical support to the operations team, including document management, scheduling support, and coordination of site resources.

Key Requirements:

·Experience in a technical support role is essential.

·Strong organisational and communication skills.

·Basic understanding of technical drawings or willingness to learn (experience with CAD or similar software is a plus)

·Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

·Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
