Event Operations Assistant Manager

  • £33000 per annum


About the role:

To effectively and professionally manage all internal THFC, Third-Party and Conferences & Events as rostered.

Building and maintaining key relationships with both internal and external clients not limited to but including Team Personnel, VIP’s and external event organisers.

Fostering transparent and genuine relationships with co-workers and the wider Levy UK family.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supports with the delivery of first-class match day and event day hospitality.
  • Supports with the delivery and co-ordination of both internal and external Conference and Events.
  • Champions the importance of Health & Safety within the department and leads by example.
  • Inspires and shares knowledge with both their match day and event day team, supporting with on-going training and development where required.
  • Reviews performance and service delivery, event by event, to ensure that KPI’s and customer and client expectations are exceeded.
  • Aware and up to date with market trends.

  • Completes all other responsibilities and duties as deemed reasonable by direct line manager.
