Job summary

The Perk Company is expanding its field-based sales team across the Greater West Midlands. We’re seeking a hungry, energetic Business Development Manager to win new B2B clients, supported by warm leads from our telesales team and a structured CRM process.

You'll balance hunting new business with consultative selling to HR managers, facilities directors, and business owners, building durable partnerships and driving uncapped earning potential with a realistic OTE. B2B experience preferred.

Qualifications

• You have solid, proven experience in B2B sales (field-based or outbound telesales).
• You are ready to move from pure phone-based roles to face-to-face corporate relationships.
• You are resilient, target-driven and motivated by uncapped commission.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close new B2B client opportunities to expand the West Midlands footprint.
• Present our portfolio to business owners, HR managers and facilities directors.
• Balance inbound telesales appointments with proactive networking.
• Build and nurture corporate relationships through the contract lifecycle.
