Cactus Search is hiring a B2B Energy Sales Executive to be based in Birmingham City Centre. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to closing deals—with leads provided.

The role offers £30,000–£34,000 plus uncapped commission (OTE £70K) and a 9am–5pm onsite schedule in a modern city-centre office (Brindleyplace).

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year telesales / B2B sales experience.
• Confident outbound caller.
• Proven ability to pitch and close deals.
• Target-driven and ambitious.

We’re launching a brand-new Birmingham office and need driven B2B Sales Executives ready to hit the ground running.

You’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to closing deals—within a fast-growing energy consultancy.

9am - 5pm Monday to Friday onsite
