The position offers a £30,000 basic salary plus an uncapped bonus, with structured performance targets and strong career progression within a growing business.

• Proven track record in B2B field sales with evidence of achieving or exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

• Developing new business opportunities across the West Midlands region.
• Managing and growing existing customer accounts.
• Building strong relationships with customers across foodservice, wholesale, retail and distribution sectors.
