Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking a Store Supervisor for a permanent, part-time role at 15 hours per week. The position offers £14.00 per hour and flexible shifts, including early, late, and weekend work.

You will lead the store team, coach colleagues, and provide trusted health and wellness guidance to customers while driving store performance. Ideal candidates are experienced in retail or customer service with strong communication and organizational skills, and a passion for health and wellness.

• Drive sales, stock availability, merchandising, and operations.
• Contribute to planning, cost control, and safe working practices.
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment for staff and customers.
