Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking a Supervisor to lead a busy store, coaching colleagues and guiding customers on health and wellness products. You’ll support the Store Manager to deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieve store goals.

You will drive sales, manage stock and merchandising, and uphold safety and compliance in a fast-paced retail environment. A passion for learning and helping customers is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service with leadership ability.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for health and wellness and willingness to learn about products.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work in a busy store.
• Comfort with using digital tools to support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving store goals.
• Coach and develop colleagues to build confidence and product knowledge.
• Complete training to provide trusted health and wellness guidance to customers.
• Drive sales, stock availability, visual merchandising and operational excellence.
• Contribute to commercial performance through planning, cost control, and safe working practices.
