Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking a Supervisor for a permanent, part-time role (20 hours per week). The position pays £14.52 per hour and focuses on leading the team to deliver excellent customer experiences and meet store goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is required.

• Comfort coaching others and developing product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences and store goals.
• Coach, motivate and develop colleagues to build confidence and product knowledge.
• Complete Qualified to Advise training to provide trusted health and wellness guidance.
• Drive sales, stock availability, merchandising and operational excellence across the store.
• Support commercial performance through planning, cost control and safe working practices.
• Create a positive, inclusive environment for colleagues and customers.
