Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking a part-time Supervisor to lead the Folkestone store team, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving performance. You will coach colleagues, support the Store Manager, and ensure product knowledge and visual standards are maintained.

The role includes training to provide trusted health guidance, promoting a positive, inclusive store environment, and using digital tools to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service with leadership potential.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for health and wellness and eagerness to learn.
• Strong organisation and decision-making in busy retail.
• Comfort with digital tools to support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in absence of Store Manager and meet store goals.
• Coach and develop colleagues to improve confidence and product knowledge.
• Complete Qualified to Advise training to provide wellness guidance.
• Drive sales, stock, visual merchandising, and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance and safe working practices.
