Job summary

Virgin Active in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sales Advisor to join our Acquisitions team. You will inspire people to start their wellness journey, deliver a premium onboarding experience and welcome new members during their first 90 days.

You are the first impression of the club, ensuring high standards of service, building long-term relationships and guiding members through their early membership with empathy and commitment to Unreasonable Hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, hospitality, wellness or customer-facing roles.
• Passion for people, wellbeing and meaningful connection.
• Target-driven with a premium customer experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends and events.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of membership sales targets and contribute to club growth.
• Engage prospects with empathy, delivering value-led tours.
• Drive self-generated leads and maintain CRM follow-up.
• Welcome new members and deliver tailored onboarding.
• Guide members through their first 90 days with regular engagement.
• Collaborate with instructors and club teams to ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain high standards of administration and time management.
• Uphold Virgin Active brand standards and support club operations.
