Job summary

Virgin Active in the United Kingdom seeks a New Member & Sales Host to join the Acquisitions team. This permanent full-time role (40 hours) focuses on inspiring wellness journeys, delivering exceptional onboarding experiences, and making new members feel welcomed during their first 90 days.

You will own membership sales targets, deliver value-led tours, drive leads via CRM, and collaborate with trainers to ensure a seamless club experience, maintaining high administrative standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, wellness, or customer-facing environments.
• Ability to meet and exceed targets while delivering a premium experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – warm, confident, and engaging.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proactive, positive attitude and hospitality mindset.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of membership sales targets and contribute to club growth.
• Deliver value-led tours based on member goals and motivations.
• Drive self-generated leads and maintain CRM follow-up.
• Welcome new members and deliver tailored onboarding over the first 90 days.
• Collaborate with instructors and club teams to ensure a seamless experience.
