Virgin Active is hiring a New Member & Sales Host to drive membership growth and deliver a premium onboarding experience. You will welcome new members, deliver value-led tours, and guide their first 90 days while collaborating with trainers and club staff to ensure a seamless, welcoming journey.

The role emphasizes strong communication, relationship-building, and the ability to exceed targets in a fast-paced wellness environment, with a full-time schedule and 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is desirable.
• Strong passion for people and wellness, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet targets while delivering a premium experience.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of membership sales targets to grow club membership.
• Engage prospects with empathy and curiosity, delivering value-led tours.
• Drive self-generated leads and follow up using CRM.
• Welcome new members and deliver tailored onboarding.
• Guide members through their first 90 days with ongoing engagement.
• Collaborate with instructors and club teams to ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain high standards of administration and communication.
• Uphold Virgin Active brand standards and support club operations.
