Job summary

Kauai, part of Virgin Active wellness clubs, is seeking a Team Member to welcome guests and prepare fresh food and drinks to high standards. You’ll handle orders, maintain hygiene, and support a seamless member experience with teams across the Food & Beverage and Virgin Active brands.

We value customer-focused individuals with Food Safety Level 2 and strong communication. The role requires early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, with training and progression opportunities

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or food service desirable.
• Food Safety Level 2 qualification (or willingness to obtain).
• Food Allergy and Intolerance Training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, friendly and genuine service to every member and guest.
• Prepare food and beverages to brand recipes and presentation standards.
• Process customer orders and payments accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, allergens and nutritional information.
• Support training of new team members and uphold Virgin Active brand standards.
