Job summary

Kauai, inside the Virgin Active brand family, is seeking a Team Member to deliver warm, friendly service while preparing fresh foods and beverages to high standards. You will handle orders, payments, and maintain hygienic, welcoming cafe spaces, contributing to an exceptional member experience every day.

Ideal candidates bring customer service or hospitality experience, Food Safety Level 2 or willingness to obtain it, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is desirable.
• Food Safety Level 2 qualification or willingness to obtain.
• Food Allergy and Intolerance Training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, friendly and genuine service to every member and guest.
• Prepare food and beverages to brand recipes and presentation standards.
• Process customer orders and payments accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, allergens and nutritional information.
• Follow allergen procedures and prevent cross-contamination.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming café environment.
• Support the Virgin Active teams to deliver a seamless member experience.
