Job summary

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust in Ascot is seeking an Employee Experience Advisor - Wellbeing (Band 5) on a fixed-term contract. The role supports wellbeing initiatives, engagement and culture across the Trust, providing coordination, communication and admin support for events and staff engagement processes.

The postholder gathers staff feedback, assists in reporting, and helps raise awareness of wellbeing offers, contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace aligned with NHS People

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent; specialist HR/OD/engagement knowledge; project leadership experience.
• Working towards HR/OD/wellbeing qualification (e.g., CIPD Foundation).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate wellbeing initiatives, events, training and staff support activities.
• Act as contact for wellbeing enquiries and signpost to support services.
• Gather and analyse staff feedback and wellbeing data; support wellbeing projects.
• Promote a positive workplace culture and ensure accessibility of wellbeing activities.
