Job summary

Trigon Recruitment Ltd in Dorset is seeking a Health & Wellbeing Advisor to support participants in our wellbeing programme. The role is field-based with regular travel, 37 hours per week, and a fixed salary of £31,000 per annum.

You will build trusted relationships, provide coaching and practical support to improve wellbeing and progression. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver person-centred plans, help with employability activities, and coordinate referrals to partner

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively across the designated region.
• Experience managing a caseload and working independently.
• Experience supporting individuals through coaching, mentoring, wellbeing and employability.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of person-centred and strengths-based approaches.

Responsibilities

• Engage participants and build trusted relationships throughout their journey.
• Deliver person-centred wellbeing and progression support tailored to needs.
• Provide practical employability assistance: CV, job search, interview prep.
• Coordinate referrals with Occupational Therapists and partners.
• Maintain accurate records, progress reviews and reporting.
