Job summary

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Employee Experience Advisor-Wellbeing to support wellbeing, engagement and culture initiatives across the Trust. The role provides coordination, communications and administrative support for wellbeing activities, campaigns, events and staff engagement processes.

As a friendly point of contact for staff, you will signpost to resources, escalate issues where needed, and help gather feedback to improve awareness and uptake of wellbeing offers.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Experience in wellbeing, staff engagement or workplace culture is desirable.
• Ability to signpost staff to appropriate resources and services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate wellbeing initiatives, campaigns, events and staff engagement activities across the Trust.
• Gather and analyse staff feedback and assist with wellbeing reporting and communications.
