Job summary

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Employee Experience Advisor-Wellbeing to support wellbeing, engagement and culture initiatives across the Trust. The role provides coordination, communications and administrative support for wellbeing activities, campaigns, events and staff engagement processes.

As a friendly point of contact for staff, you will signpost to resources, escalate issues where needed, and help gather feedback to improve awareness and uptake of wellbeing offers.

Job description

The Employee Experience Advisor-Wellbeing supports the delivery of wellbeing, engagement, and culture initiatives across the Trust.

The postholder provides coordination, communication, and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of wellbeing activities, campaigns, events, and staff engagement processes.

They act as a friendly and approachable contact for staff, signposting to appropriate resources and escalating issues where necessary.

The job holder gathers and collates staff feedback, supports wellbeing reporting, and assists in improving awareness of wellbeing offers across the Trust.

This role contributes to embedding the NHS People Promise by helping deliver a positive and supportive workplace experience for all staff.

To support the delivery of the Trust's wellbeing, engagement and employee experience agenda through the coordination of wellbeing initiatives, events, training, communications and staff support activities.

The postholder will act as a key point of contact for wellbeing enquiries, provide signposting to appropriate support services, gather and analyse staff feedback and wellbeing data, maintain resources and communications, and support the delivery of Trust-wide wellbeing projects.

The role will work closely with colleagues across the People Directorate and wider Trust to promote a positive workplace culture, improve staff experience, and ensure wellbeing activities are accessible, effective and aligned to organisational priorities.
