Job summary

A leading logistics company is seeking a Wellbeing & Employee Engagement Lead to design and deliver strategies that enhance employee wellbeing and engagement. This full-time, hybrid position based in Northampton requires expertise in employee engagement and wellbeing program management within large organizations. Position

We are looking for a passionate Wellbeing & Employee Engagement Lead—someone who thrives on making work enjoyable and meaningful and isn’t afraid to be a game changer. In this role, you’ll design and deliver strategies that promote mental, physical, financial, and social wellbeing, while driving initiatives that strengthen connection, recognition, and inclusion. You’ll work collaboratively across teams and alongside other key stakeholders, to create integrated programmes that make a real impact.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a comprehensive wellbeing and engagement strategy for UK&I, aligned with global frameworks and local needs.
  • Develop initiatives that promote mental, physical, financial and social wellbeing.
  • Lead engagement programmes that strengthen connection, recognition and inclusion.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and partner with HR and leadership teams to drive improvements.
  • Work cross‑functionally with D&I, Social Impact, QHSE, L&D and Benefits teams to ensure a holistic approach to employee experience.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on wellbeing and engagement best practices.
  • Analyse engagement and wellbeing data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Serve as an ambassador for employee experience, ensuring programmes are inclusive and accessible.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in employee engagement, wellbeing or HR programme management within large, complex organisations.
  • Strong understanding of wellbeing frameworks and engagement strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.
Employment details

This is a full‑time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday. It is a hybrid role with 2‑3 days in the office or at sites and flexibility to work from home. The position is based mainly from our Northampton head office.

Salary & benefits

We are looking to offer a salary of up to £65,000.00, 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Your benefits package includes:
