A leading logistics company is seeking a Wellbeing & Employee Engagement Lead to design and deliver strategies that enhance employee wellbeing and engagement. This full-time, hybrid position based in Northampton requires expertise in employee engagement and wellbeing program management within large organizations. The successful candidate will work collaboratively across teams, drive initiatives for mental and social wellbeing, and monitor engagement metrics. The salary is up to £65,000 with a strong benefits package including a company car or allowance.

We are looking for a passionate Wellbeing & Employee Engagement Lead—someone who thrives on making work enjoyable and meaningful and isn’t afraid to be a game changer. In this role, you’ll design and deliver strategies that promote mental, physical, financial, and social wellbeing, while driving initiatives that strengthen connection, recognition, and inclusion. You’ll work collaboratively across teams and alongside other key stakeholders, to create integrated programmes that make a real impact.
This is a full‑time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday. It is a hybrid role with 2‑3 days in the office or at sites and flexibility to work from home. The position is based mainly from our Northampton head office.
We are looking to offer a salary of up to £65,000.00, 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Your benefits package includes:
