Job Description
Receptionist / Welcome Host for a multi occupied office building in Central London, managing visitor bookings, liaising with the Client to report maintenance issues, welcoming guests and visitors. Implementing concierge services and creating a lasting impression for all visitors to the building, as part of a team of three, you will be the face of the building. Ensuring that a welcoming atmosphere is maintained through your interpersonal skills.
Salary: £ 30,000
Hours: 8am - 5pm
Qualifications
Knowledge or previous experience of receptionist / Front of House role would be ideal. Good customer service background (hotels or the like) high organisational skills and attention to detail. Experience with working in a small team.
