Catch 22 is seeking Welcome Hosts for ad-hoc, temporary shifts at our Surbiton location. You will greet visitors, assist with post room duties and general enquiries, and support clients and colleagues with a friendly, professional service.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, calm under pressure, and able to switch between tasks as needed. The role is on-site in KT5, South West London, with flexible shifts available.

• Uphold security procedures and ensure access requirements are followed.
• Deliver outstanding service and maintain client relationships.
• Take deliveries (up to 20 KG).

Welcome Host – Ad‑Hoc / Temporary Shifts

Location: Surbiton
Hourly rate: £14.80 Per Hour

We are seeking warm, professional, and service‑driven individuals to join our pool of Welcome Hosts, supporting one of our prestigious corporate clients on an ad‑hoc temporary basis.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people‑focused, fast‑paced environment and enjoys creating memorable guest experiences. You will play a key part in ensuring visitors, clients, and colleagues feel valued and well‑supported from the moment they arrive.

About the Role

As a Welcome Host, you will provide a blend of front‑of‑house and post room support. Each shift is varied, and you will be expected to adapt quickly to different tasks throughout the day. Responsibilities may include:
