Catch 22 are seeking a professional Welcome Host / Front of House Coordinator to provide temporary cover at a professional commercial site in the PO15 7 JZ area.

You will deliver a warm, professional welcome to occupiers, visitors and contractors, support tenant engagement and community activities, and ensure a high standard of service during the 12:00pm–6:00pm shift. Training on 15-16 October is required.

Qualifications

• Front of House, Reception or Hospitality experience required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional, well-presented and approachable.
• Reliable, flexible and able to work the 12:00–18:00 shift.
• Available for training dates 15–16 October and full cover period.

Catch 22 are looking for a professional, personable and customer-focused Welcome Host / Front of House Coordinator to provide temporary cover at a professional commercial site in the PO15 7 JZ area.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong reception, hospitality or front-of-house experience who enjoys creating an excellent first impression and delivering a high standard of service to occupiers and visitors.

Training & Initial Cover Dates

• Training: 15th & 16th October, 9:00am - 12:00pm
• Cover: 19th October - 16th November
• Working hours: 12:00pm - 6:00pm
• Pay rate: £12.71 per hour

The Role

You will provide a warm, professional welcome to occupiers, visitors and contractors while supporting the overall tenant experience within the building.

Duties will include:

• Delivering an exceptional front-of-house and welcome service
• Building positive relationships with occupiers and regular visitors
• Supporting tenant engagement and community activities
• Assisting with events and wellbeing initiatives
• Liaising professionally with visitors, contractors and building teams
• Supporting tenant communications and engagement
• Promoting building activities and helping create a welcoming environment
• Providing general building operations and front-of-house support

• Previous Front of House, Reception, Welcome Host or Hospitality experience
