Job summary

Catch 22 in Manchester City Centre is seeking a Welcome Host / Front of House Coordinator to provide ad hoc temporary cover at a prestigious building. You will deliver a warm, professional welcome to occupiers, visitors and contractors.

This role suits someone with reception or hospitality experience who can deliver high standards of occupier and visitor service across 8:00am–5:00pm shifts; initial cover 18–20 November with paid training before the first shift, and scope for further ad hoc cover.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, professional welcome to occupiers, visitors and contractors.
• Support day-to-day tenant experience within the building.

• Liaise with visitors, contractors and building teams.
• Support Building Manager with tenant communications and engagement.
• Promote building activities and create a welcoming environment.
• Provide general front-of-house and building operations support.

Catch 22 are looking for a professional, personable and customer-focused Welcome Host / Front of House Coordinator to provide ad hoc cover at a prestigious commercial building in Manchester City Centre.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong reception, hospitality or front-of-house experience who enjoys creating an excellent first impression and delivering a high standard of occupier and visitor service.

Initial Cover Required

• 18th – 20th November
• 8:00am – 5:00pm
• £12.71 per hour
• 2 days' paid training provided prior to the first shift
• Opportunity for further ad hoc cover as required

The Role

You will be responsible for providing a warm, professional welcome to occupiers, visitors and contractors while supporting the day-to-day tenant experience within the building.

Duties will include:

• Delivering an exceptional front-of-house and welcome service
• Building positive relationships with occupiers and regular visitors
• Supporting tenant engagement and community activities
• Assisting with events and wellbeing initiatives
• Liaising professionally with visitors, contractors and building teams
• Supporting the Building Manager with tenant communications and engagement
• Promoting building activities and helping create a welcoming, connected environment
• Providing general building operations and front-of-house support
