Peel Ports Group in Liverpool is seeking a Weighbridge/SCADA Controller on a fixed-term contract to maintain the traffic management system and ensure safe site operations. You will operate the SCADA system, process weighbridge tickets and liaise with engineers and supervisors to support vessel discharge, storage coordination and timely vehicle movements.

The role requires strong customer service, clear communication and IT skills to work with multiple software packages, including Microsoft,

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service experience and strong communication skills.
• Strong IT skills and ability to use multiple software packages (Microsoft).
• Experience operating a weighbridge and providing administrative support.
• Knowledge of bulk handling methods and food safety or waste regulations is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Maintain the traffic management system and ensure safe site operation.
• Operate the terminal SCADA system and process weighbridge tickets.
• Coordinate with engineers, operatives and team leaders to discharge vessels and manage storage activities.
• Support safe and efficient vehicle movements; report delays to Shift Supervisor.
• Provide administration support and maintain high standards of customer service and communication.
