Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service experience and communication skills.
• Strong IT skills and ability to use a range of software packages.
• Experience operating a weighbridge or administrative support in an operational environment would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the traffic management system and ensure the safe operation of the site.
• Operate the weighbridge/SCADA system and process tickets in line with SOPs.
• Coordinate with engineers, operatives and team leaders to discharge vessels and support movements of products.
