Job summary

CCA Recruitment Group is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for Leicester, LE19, with Saturday, Sunday and Monday shifts. The role is temporary to permanent, with Saturday/Sunday remote and Monday in the office, 08:30 to 17:00.

You will be the first point of contact, handling outbound calls, emails and texts, providing information, logging details and escalating issues as needed. DBS, RTW and reference checks are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic IT skills and familiarity with call centre systems (training provided).
