Job summary

Adecco is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor for remote, temporary work in the UK. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, emails and webchat, ensuring courteous, accurate responses while maintaining data protection standards.

Training will cover security checks, identity verification and safeguarding guidelines. The role offers weekly pay, long-term potential and a 6-week rolling rota with shifts across 8am-8pm on weekdays and 9am-5:30pm on weekends/bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced contact centre or customer service environment.
• Strong IT skills and ability to multitask across multiple systems.
• Excellent timekeeping and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls via phone, email, and webchat.
• Maintain accurate records and aim for first-time resolutions.
• Adhere to GDPR and data protection requirements during interactions.
• Identify and escalate complex queries for fair outcomes.
• Meet targets for quality, productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Verify customer identities and conduct security checks when needed.
